Stockade Found!!

I’ve really been looking forward to picking up Sockade when it was released at actual stores. I saw him on eBay for like 40 bucks and I wasn’t about to pay that much for an unreleased toy. Well, I found a small collectable toy shop that had one in stock….this toy shop was across the street from another toy shop whom also had stockade in stock. SCORE! 2 for one – to play with and the other to archive!

Super bad ass! By far my favorite movie toy.

Barricade!

Well it’s been a few months since the initial release of the live action film Transformers and I’ve been busy hunting specific toys from the movie. I have been rigorously hunting Barricade’s police car form. I actually stumbled upon it (for the first time since the toys were released 8 months ago) at a consignment toy shop in Huntington Beach, California. The name of this place is pointless because they are closing their doors by the 3^rd of February 2008.   

Anyway, here he is in all his non existent toy glory.

Recon Barricade

It’s kind of sad, I had been looking for Barricade’s movie (police car) form since June 2007. I happen to stumble across the pile of crap known as Recon Barricade at a Target in Encinitas. My girlfriend picked it up for me and I couldn’t care less about keeping it sealed. After all, I wasn’t about to stop looking for the other version. A security car…whoopty do. Anyway I still dig it. For some reason it’s a pain in the arse to get back into the Saleen Mustang form. Only Transformer toy that gives me any grief =(

For clarification i love my girlfriend and appreciate her picking it up for me. 

Anyway Girlfriend is with me @ and we’re about to have dinner with my mother and brother.
